A lovely Edwardian house built toward the beginning of the 20th century. The house is set back from the road in a quiet and peaceful location, ensuring guests have a relaxing stay. The rooms have nice views over gardens and the grounds of the church opposite. The entrance hall opens to a large and impressive staircase, taking the guest up to the rooms. These rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. You have a choice of 3 double rooms, a family room and a triple room – so there’s something for everyone. We welcome business guests and we have wireless broadband throughout, secure offroad parking and easy access to the motorway network. We’re only 35 minutes from Manchester and Liverpool airports. We’re very easy to get to and find and the railway station and coach station are about 5-10 minutes away by taxi. There is a quiet garden that gets the afternoon sun, and is a lovely place to sit and relax. Hoole Village is an interesting part of Chester. It’s a self-contained area, with a traditional ‘high street’ and lots of smaller shops. It’s only a stroll from Lavender Lodge, and makes a great place to wander around – plus it has some great places to eat! Hotel Rating: AA (star) 4 star
